Trichotillomania. Now this type really shows what stress can do to a person. It is actually an irresistible urge to pull out hair from your scalp, eyebrows or other areas of your body. It could be funny when you hear about it at first but this condition is really true and it is affecting a lot of people mostly women. It is not and OCD though it is characterized by compulsive hair pulling. Hair pulling can be a way of dealing with negative or uncomfortable feelings, such as stress, anxiety, tension, loneliness, fatigue or frustration.
